The Sunshine Coast, Queensland (2023)
As part of our winter 2023-2024 escape we started on the Sunshine Coast in the state of Queensland, Australia. Staying in the coastal town of Mooloolaba we mainly spent time with my wife's second cousin who lives in Buderim. Around those family visit we managed to see some of the amazing nature in this area.

While walking along the boulevard we found a lovely rainbow lorikeet sitting in a tree near the town of Alexandra Headland in Queensland, Australia. With their simply astonishing colours they really brighten up daily life.

Endless Pacific Ocean beaches
Endless Pacific Ocean beaches can be found all along the coast of Queensland in Australia. I took the opportunity to check some of them out at the town of Castaways Beach. I just love coastal areas like this, especially when they are so quiet.
